How the Layers Work
Method → series → game → technique / invariant.
Adapted from InGrappling, How the Layers Work. System Games did not invent this curriculum.
This site’s information architecture is the same stack InGrappling uses:
- Method — why we design practice this way.
- Series / ladders — a scaffolded family of problems.
- Game — the representative activity you run tonight.
- Technique — names for solutions athletes discover.
- Invariant — the information that transfers when the game changes.
Navigate in either direction. A method page should land you on a series. A game should send you to the techniques and invariants it trains. An invariant should list every game that tests it.
