TOP PLAYER

POSITION

On top of your partner, who is on their back. Your hands start apart.

OBJECTIVE

Wrap your arms around your partner and lock your hands.

CONSTRAINTS

A lock around the head and an arm counts, and so does a lock around the body. It counts wherever they go: if they lift their head, turn to face you, or turn to their knees and you lock up, you win. Stay in the same role for 2.5 minutes. After any win, reset to the start without swapping; swap roles at 2.5 minutes.

WIN CONDITION

You lock your hands around their head and an arm, or around their body.

BOTTOM PLAYER

POSITION

On your back with your partner on top of you.

OBJECTIVE

Stand up.

CONSTRAINTS

Keep your attention on their hands. Block them: get your hands on their hands before they get their hands on you. Blocking the lock keeps you in the game, but your win is getting up, so keep working to stand. Stay in the same role for 2.5 minutes. After any win, reset to the start without swapping; swap roles at 2.5 minutes.

WIN CONDITION

You stand up.
