BOTTOM PLAYER

POSITION

On the mat with the sole or top of a foot inside each of your partner's legs, plus one hand connected to them: three points of contact.

OBJECTIVE

Keep at least three points of contact the whole time and destabilize the top player.

CONSTRAINTS

Hold a minimum of three points of contact at all times. Four is allowed: use the second hand, grab the collar, push and pull them around. Any control from underneath their body that destabilizes them counts. You do not have to come up. Just make them touch.

WIN CONDITION

The top player's hands or butt touch the mat because of your control.

TOP PLAYER

POSITION

Facing the bottom player, who has feet inside your legs and a hand on you.

OBJECTIVE

Disconnect from the bottom player and get a shin to the outside of their body.

CONSTRAINTS

You must break the connection before you score.

WIN CONDITION

Put a shin on the outside of their body (the hip counts) and hold it for 3 seconds. Or drop them to two or fewer points of contact and hold that for 3 to 5 seconds.
