BACK PLAYER (ATTACKER)
POSITION
Chest to back, both hooks in, one of their arms trapped (a seatbelt is fine).
OBJECTIVE
Get to the back triangle.
CONSTRAINTS
Keep chest to back the whole time. If you lose chest to back, you lose. The position must be one leg over their shoulder, legs triangled with your knee over your ankle bone, one of their arms in and one out, and their head in. Both arms in does not count. If you lose the trapped arm, retrap the same arm or switch arms. You win on reaching the position, not on a finish. Tap early, and release immediately when your partner taps.
WIN CONDITION
Reach the back triangle (one arm in, one arm out, head in) while still chest to back.
FRONT PLAYER (DEFENDER)
POSITION
Facing away, the attacker's chest on your back and both their hooks in, one of your arms trapped.
OBJECTIVE
Escape chest-to-back control.
CONSTRAINTS
Escape any way you like. Tap early if you feel a choke or pressure, and release immediately when your partner taps.
WIN CONDITION
Escape chest-to-back control. You do not have to end up on top. If the attacker is no longer chest to back, even from on top, you win.
