TOP PLAYER

POSITION

At the edge of long-guard space against a seated or supine bottom player with extended leg connections.

OBJECTIVE

Force a knee wedge through the centre lane or the outside lane, then convert to a real pin.

CONSTRAINTS

The pass must go through a knee wedge before the pin. Chest-to-chest or knee-on-belly both count once held. Reset when either side scores. Default rounds 2–4 minutes. Role rotate after each reset.

WIN CONDITION

Establish chest-to-chest control or knee-on-belly and hold it for three continuous seconds after winning the knee-wedge space.

BOTTOM PLAYER

POSITION

Seated or supine with extended leg connections facing the passer.

OBJECTIVE

Recover the frames before the pin settles, or force the passer out of the pocket.

CONSTRAINTS

Recover early as the knee enters — waiting until the chest settles is too late. Same start and reset.

WIN CONDITION

Reinsert feet or shins back to the hips, or force the passer's knees to the floor or backwards out of the pocket.
