TOP PLAYER

POSITION

Standing or at the knee line against a seated long-guard player using feet or shins to frame on the hips or thighs.

OBJECTIVE

Clear the leg frames, disrupt the base, and pin both of the bottom player's shoulders flat.

CONSTRAINTS

Score requires a full three-second hold — a brief touch does not count. Win the leg battle before reaching for the upper body. Reset when either side scores. Default rounds 2–4 minutes. Role rotate after each reset.

WIN CONDITION

Put both of the bottom player's shoulders flat on the mat and hold them there for three continuous seconds.


BOTTOM PLAYER

POSITION

Seated long guard — feet or shins framing the top player's hips or thighs.

OBJECTIVE

Deny the shoulder pin and keep the guard tools in play.

CONSTRAINTS

Keep knees and feet in front of the passer. Stay mobile; do not straighten both legs and rest on the elbows. Same start and reset.

WIN CONDITION

Keep both shoulders off the mat while maintaining a seated or supine posture with knees and feet in front of the passer.
