Notes (this phone)

BOTH PLAYERS

PLAYER A (DOUBLE OCTOPUS) and PLAYER B (DOUBLE OCTOPUS) share these rules.

POSITION

Start in double octopus with your partner, hip to hip.

OBJECTIVE

Stay connected to your partner's hips and get your legs into the space between their legs, then lock two connections at once.

CONSTRAINTS

Keep the hip-to-hip connection and keep fighting to get your legs between theirs. The two connections must be locked together: legs around the hips plus arms around the shoulders, or legs around the hips plus arms around the foot, ankle, or heel (legs to the center, arms to the extremities). The capture is the win; stop there. Symmetric: your partner has the same tasks. 6-minute round.

WIN CONDITION

Your legs are locked around their hips while your arms are locked around their shoulders, or around their foot, ankle, or heel.
