TOP PLAYER (MOUNT)
POSITION
Mounted on your partner. Their elbows are down by their ribs, nice and tight, and you are not under them.
OBJECTIVE
Expose one or both elbows.
CONSTRAINTS
Expose an elbow and get a two-on-one grip on it: an Americana grip, a Kimura grip, or a gift wrap with a Kimura grip all count. Or expose both elbows and keep them up, moving up toward the position where armbars and triangles show up. The grip is the win: you are looking for grips and holding them, not finishing. Switch roles after each win.
WIN CONDITION
You keep the mount and get a two-on-one grip on an exposed elbow, or you expose both elbows and keep them up.
BOTTOM PLAYER (MOUNTED)
POSITION
On your back under mount, elbows down by your ribs.
OBJECTIVE
Keep your elbows down and escape.
CONSTRAINTS
Use any escape you know: bucking, grabbing a foot, getting to half guard, whatever. Switch roles after each win.
WIN CONDITION
You reverse them, or you get back to guard.
