TOP PLAYER

POSITION

Caught in the lockdown. The bottom player's legs form a figure-four around the top player's near leg with the calf hook set behind the calf, stretching that leg back behind the hip line.

OBJECTIVE

Crossface, flatten, then extract the trapped leg and pass.

CONSTRAINTS

Thirty-second clock. Top-advantage extraction: the top player is already caught in lockdown and must solve it. Crossface and flatten before extraction — not extraction alone. Drive the trapped knee forward and inward; do not pull the leg straight out of the figure-four. Complete the extraction in one continuous motion. Reset when the top player extracts and passes, when the bottom player sweeps or enters the dogfight, or when the thirty-second clock expires. Ten rounds. Default rounds 0:30.

WIN CONDITION

Extraction and pass inside thirty seconds.

BOTTOM PLAYER

POSITION

On the side in lockdown, figure-four and calf hook set on the top player's near leg.

OBJECTIVE

Cash the lockdown before you get flattened.

CONSTRAINTS

Live sweep and dogfight attempts. Old school, dogfight rise, and electric-chair reach are the named counters. Reset on extraction-and-pass, sweep, dogfight entry, or clock expiry.

WIN CONDITION

Sweep or dogfight entry.
