OBJECTIVE

Stay connected to the single leg and single leg situation. Move your partner around. Move the single leg to different parts of your body. Destabilize your partner and look to access the hip

CONSTRAINTS

No takedowns. Reset when the attacking player gains hip access; or when the defending player removes the leg from the single-leg situation.

WIN CONDITION

Gain hip access.


DEFENDING PLAYER

Your partner has a single leg grip, and you are balanced on one foot.

OBJECTIVE

Stay balanced and remove your leg from the situation by any means.
