BOTH PLAYERS
TOP PLAYER and BOTTOM PLAYER share these rules.
POSITION
Standing, facing your partner, hand fighting. Symmetric with the other player.
OBJECTIVE
Win by collecting three snaps or knee grabs, or by locking your hands around your partner.
CONSTRAINTS
Two ways to win; whichever happens first counts. Points: a partner's hands touching the mat scores 1; a grip behind the knee scores 1 (a touch is not enough — you must grip behind). Any closed-hand connection around the partner's head, body, or leg wins outright. Start again after someone wins.
WIN CONDITION
Collect three points (any mix of hands-to-mat and grips behind the knee), or make any closed-hand connection around your partner's head, body, or leg.
BOTTOM PLAYER
POSITION
Same standing hand-fighting start. Symmetric game.
OBJECTIVE
Same two ways to win.
CONSTRAINTS
Same scoring, outright-win, and restart rules.
WIN CONDITION
Collect three points (any mix of hands-to-mat and grips behind the knee), or make any closed-hand connection around your partner's head, body, or leg.
