GRIP PLAYER
POSITION
In a narrow lane that ends in a line, standing and facing your partner in a neutral stance, with an overhook (whizzer) on one arm and control of their other wrist. Start a short way from the line.
OBJECTIVE
Don't get pushed over the line. Use their forward pressure to get them over it instead.
CONSTRAINTS
Stay inside the lane: no side-to-side movement and no stepping out the sides. Any way you can get them over the line counts, including picking them up and tossing them over. Play 1-minute rounds, then switch roles.
WIN CONDITION
Get your partner over the line without being pushed over it yourself.
PUSHING PLAYER
POSITION
In the lane, facing your partner, with their overhook and wrist control on you.
OBJECTIVE
Push them back over the line with constant forward movement.
CONSTRAINTS
No hands at all; you can use your biceps. Keep moving forward like a sprint, with no stalling and no planting. No side-to-side movement.
WIN CONDITION
Push your partner so both of their feet go over the line.
