OBJECTIVE

CONSTRAINTS

Must keep bottom player's back flat; no submissions allowed. Reset when the top player achieves bent arm control on both sides, maintaining wrist control, bent elbow, and figure-four grip on each; or when the bottom player escapes to turtle, seated guard, or full guard.
