OVERHOOK PLAYER
POSITION
Standing, with an overhook on your partner's underhooking arm.
OBJECTIVE
Stick to their feet, pull, and put them down.
CONSTRAINTS
The overhook must stay an overhook the whole time; you can't take it out. Stick and follow their feet with your feet and keep working to put their hands to the mat. Stick and pull in any direction with your feet, your body, or your open hands. Switch roles every time somebody wins.
WIN CONDITION
Your partner lands on their butt or back; or, if they go down without falling, you catch their head and connect your hands around it (instant win).
UNDERHOOK PLAYER
POSITION
Standing, with an underhook against your partner's overhook.
OBJECTIVE
Connect your hands, then put them down.
CONSTRAINTS
Get your hands connected first. From there, split and twist (step between their legs, split them, and twist them toward their back) or block and twist / block and lift (step in front of or behind their legs to block, then twist or lift). Switch roles every time somebody wins.
WIN CONDITION
With your hands connected, you split and twist or block and lift them so they hit their butt or back.
