BOTH PLAYERS

PLAYER A and PLAYER B share these rules.

POSITION

Seated on your butt, facing your partner, who is seated the same way.

OBJECTIVE

Stand up first while keeping your partner down.

CONSTRAINTS

No chest to chest and no chest to back: just keep them down while you get up. You can hold their leg or foot and push or pull them back down. You can keep your butt close to their knee so their leg stays in one place, keep your feet close to them, and keep your hands on the floor. Don't put your whole body over one of their legs (the coach's example: holding a leg, leaning over it, and moving the foot away from the leg); this game is about protecting the feet and knees. Switch partners between rounds.

WIN CONDITION

You stand up and stay up for a 3 count.
