Behind your partner, who is on all fours, with a connection around their waist.
OBJECTIVE
Submit from any pin, chest to chest or chest to back.
CONSTRAINTS
When you're behind them, always stay higher than their back: keep your hip height above theirs as they change their hip height. Break them off their base points any way you can, using or changing your connections: if they're on their feet, take them to their knees; on their knees, to their hip; on their hands, to their elbows; on their elbows, to their shoulders. Flip-flop roles every time somebody wins. Tap and release the moment anything loads an elbow, shoulder, knee, or the neck; ease into every finish so your partner has time to tap, and reset on a tap.

You submit your partner from any pin.
