TOP PLAYER (ATTACKER)

POSITION

Standing in athletic stance just outside arm's length, hands forward at chest height. No grips, no contact.

OBJECTIVE

Land a solid open-palm touch on both shoulders and both knees. A touch counts only if the open palm sticks for a half-count.

CONSTRAINTS

Reset to neutral each attempt. One touch per entry, then both return to distance. Place the palm, don't slap. No swipes, no brushes, no grips on the target. No takedowns, clinch, or submissions. Defend with footwork, parries, posts, and rotation. Reset when the attacker touches both shoulders and both knees, each zone once; or when the round ends without the four-touch set. 60-90 sec rounds.
