BOTH PLAYERS

PLAYER A and PLAYER B share these rules.

POSITION

Standing, facing your partner.

OBJECTIVE

Pick up a single leg while stopping theirs.

CONSTRAINTS

One continuous game, not taking turns: both of you defend and both of you attack. Get your grips (wrist control, underhooks, collar ties, outside bicep ties, whatever) and use them to move your partner into the single. If they go for a single and you block it, keep going. Go about 50 to 60 percent. Reset after a pickup. Two-minute rounds, two partners.

WIN CONDITION

You pick up the single.
