ATTACKING PLAYER

POSITION

Standing with both of your partner's biceps gripped and the dominant head position: your head on their shoulder, on their chest, or under their chin.

OBJECTIVE

Use the inside position to drop, collect one leg, both legs, or the hips, and put your partner down.

CONSTRAINTS

Use the grip now; you may not have it in two seconds. Any combination of legs and hips counts.

WIN CONDITION

Put your partner's hips or hands on the floor.


DEFENDING PLAYER

POSITION

Standing with both biceps tied up and your partner's head in the dominant position.

OBJECTIVE

Steal the position: fight your hands to the middle and fight for the head position.

CONSTRAINTS

As soon as you have your hands in the middle and the head position, you can shoot.

WIN CONDITION

Win the hands and head position, then put your partner's hips or hands on the floor.
