TOP PLAYER (MOUNT)
POSITION
Mounted on your partner. Their elbows are down by their ribs and you are not under them.
OBJECTIVE
Expose the elbows, then find a submission.
CONSTRAINTS
Same game as the two-on-one rung, but once you get to one of those positions you keep going: armbars, triangles, finishing an exposed Americana, or a head and arm. If you get the gift wrap you don't have to finish it; getting to that position counts. Tap and release the moment anything loads an elbow, shoulder, or the neck; ease into every finish so your partner has time to tap, and reset on a tap. Switch roles after each win.
WIN CONDITION
You submit them, or you get to the gift wrap.
BOTTOM PLAYER (MOUNTED)
POSITION
On your back under mount, elbows down by your ribs.
OBJECTIVE
Keep your elbows down and escape.
CONSTRAINTS
Same as before: keep your elbows down, work your escapes, and get back to guard or reverse. Tap early; nothing here is worth an injury. Switch roles after each win.
WIN CONDITION
You reverse them, or you get back to guard.

Elevated safety. Confirm tap-and-release before the first rep. Stop at the tap. Do not run this if the room is not already serious about it.
