TOP PLAYER
POSITION
On your knees facing your partner, one underhook each. You start with both knees down.
OBJECTIVE
Get your leg to the outside of their hip.
CONSTRAINTS
Bring one knee up immediately. If both of your knees touch the mat, you lose. Keep one knee up the whole time. Do not body lock pass: keep your body moving and get a leg to the outside.
WIN CONDITION
Get your leg to the outside of their hip: shin on the hip, knee on the belly, or similar.
BOTTOM PLAYER
POSITION
On your knees facing your partner, one underhook each.
OBJECTIVE
Get underneath them and lift or tilt.
CONSTRAINTS
Stay on the same underhook pathway, trying to get underneath them. A top player whose two knees touch the mat loses.
WIN CONDITION
Boost or tilt them so their hands touch the mat, or their butt touches the mat.
