ENTANGLED PLAYER (HOLDING THE ENTANGLEMENT)
POSITION
In the foot-to-knee leg entanglement on your partner's leg.
OBJECTIVE
Disconnect, win the hips or hands, then re-entangle.
CONSTRAINTS
You must disconnect from the entanglement first and hook your partner with your shoelaces or the balls of your feet, anywhere (even behind the knee line), as long as you keep the inside position. Only after your partner's hips or hands touch the mat may you re-entangle, on either leg. Re-entangling before that does not win. Yell "tap" and release on knee pressure. Go back to the foot-to-knee start after either side wins.
WIN CONDITION
Put your partner's hips or hands on the mat, then re-entangle (any leg).
PASSING PLAYER (CAUGHT IN THE ENTANGLEMENT)
POSITION
In the foot-to-knee leg entanglement, your leg held by your partner.
OBJECTIVE
When they disconnect, bring your foot back and pass on the outside.
CONSTRAINTS
Pass on the outside of their legs. The shin touch can land anywhere from the ankle line up to the shoulder line. Once your hips or hands touch the mat, the entangling player can re-entangle and win, so stay off the mat. Yell "tap" and release on knee pressure. Go back to the foot-to-knee start after either side wins.
WIN CONDITION
Pass on the outside and touch a shin to your partner's body anywhere from the ankle to the shoulder line.
