ATTACKER (SINGLE LEG)

POSITION

Starting in a single-leg entanglement on one of your partner's legs.

OBJECTIVE

Capture their toes in your armpit, get under the heel, and connect your hands. Do that on the straight side, then transition and do it on the cross side. Then get the other leg without losing connection and do the same on that leg.

CONSTRAINTS

Foot position is free — move your feet however you need. No finishing; the grip conditions on both sides of both legs are the win. Tap and release if a lower-limb attack loads; reset on a tap. Switch roles after either player wins.

WIN CONDITION

You complete toes-under-heel-hands-connected on the straight and cross sides of both legs before they free the leg.
