OBJECTIVE

Stay connected to the single leg and single leg situation. Move your partner around. Move the single leg to different parts of your body, and attempt to take your partner down to their hips or hands.

CONSTRAINTS

N/A. Reset when the attacking player takes the partner down to their hips or hands; or when the defending player removes the leg from the single-leg situation.

WIN CONDITION

Taking partner down to their hips or hands.


DEFENDING PLAYER

Your partner has a single leg grip, and you are balanced on one foot.
