ATTACKING PLAYER
POSITION
Seated entanglement start: both feet inside your partner's legs, one ankle in your armpit, foot and knee connected on their hip.
OBJECTIVE
Stay attached while you move through the basic entanglement foot positions.
CONSTRAINTS
Get both feet to the outside and hold for one second, and both feet to the inside and hold for one second. Order does not matter as long as you hit both. Then cross their leg to your other side. Stay attached to the ankle and hip. For beginners: no standing. Yell "tap" and release immediately if there is knee pressure. Reset after either side wins.
WIN CONDITION
Complete outside-feet and inside-feet holds, then cross the leg.
DEFENDING PLAYER
POSITION
Partner attached to one of your ankles with foot-and-knee on your hip.
OBJECTIVE
Steal inside position before they finish the switch.
CONSTRAINTS
You may separate their feet and pull your leg straight back. For beginners: do not stand up; do not rotate hard to yank the leg out. Yell "tap" on any knee pressure. Reset after either side wins.
WIN CONDITION
Get both of your feet between the attacker's knees.
