BOTH PLAYERS
TOP PLAYER and BOTTOM PLAYER share these rules.
POSITION
Both standing in staggered stances with light contact on the lead wrist. No dominant grips.
OBJECTIVE
Start wrist-to-wrist. Attack an arm drag, 2-on-1, or double underhooks. If it fails, connect the next entry within 3 seconds. Hold a scoring position for 2 seconds.
CONSTRAINTS
Stay in the hand fight. No takedowns or leg attacks. Chain within 3 seconds. After an entry fails, connect the next one. Work inside 3m × 3m. Do not circle out or create a full reset. Move through collar ties. Change or release a collar tie within 2 seconds. Reset when either player holds an arm drag with chest behind the shoulder line for 2 seconds; holds a 2-on-1 with the elbow pulled past their centre line for 2 seconds; or holds double underhooks chest-to-chest with hands locked for 2 seconds. 3-5 min rounds.
WIN CONDITION

Adjust
Easier
Score only arm drags or 2-on-1s. Allow 5 seconds to chain, and score as soon as the position is reached.
Harder
Add snap-downs. A grip position scores 1; finishing a takedown scores 2.
If it stalls
If the same two entries repeat, ask: “What appears when they stop your second attack?”
