Notes (this phone)

ATTACKER (LEG CAPTURED)

POSITION

Your partner is on their side. You've caught one of their legs between your legs (a knee on each side of the leg) and you hold it tight, so you control the hip.

OBJECTIVE

Use the leg capture to take their hips off the mat, then get behind them.

CONSTRAINTS

No chest to chest; you may only bring yourself behind your partner, behind their elbows. You can move straight into it or roll into it. Once the hips come up, climb to the upper back: keeping the space you made matters more than the legs, and hooks are optional.

WIN CONDITION

Any chest-to-back connection.

DEFENDER (LEG CAUGHT)

POSITION

On your side with one leg caught between your partner's legs.

OBJECTIVE

Turn it around: push into their hamstrings, lift their hips, and go after their back or their legs.

CONSTRAINTS

Every time they attack your back with their legs, you get the same chance against them. Go back and forth, switching roles after each round.

WIN CONDITION

You get chest to back on them, or you get any entanglement and sit them down.
