TOP PLAYER (ATTACKER)
POSITION
Chest to back in the straight jacket, both hooks in, one arm over the shoulder and one under the far armpit.
OBJECTIVE
Trap one of the defender's arms with a leg. Only then may the hands go to the neck for the figure four. The lock scores the moment it closes. Nothing gets finished.
CONSTRAINTS
The leg goes first. No hands to the neck until one arm is trapped by a leg. Lock only, never tighten. The strangle closes and stops there. No pressure, no taps. No guard pulls. Defender scores by turning to face or going back flat. Reset when the attacker traps one arm with a leg and the figure four closes; when the defender turns fully chest to chest, on top or bottom; when the defender gets their back flat with the attacker displaced; or when the defender escapes fully, with no connection left between them. 5-6 min rounds.
WIN CONDITION
One arm trapped by a leg, then the figure four closes.
BOTTOM PLAYER (DEFENDER)
POSITION

Adjust
Easier
Defender keeps one hand on their own chest until the arm is trapped.
Harder
The trapped arm has to be the far one, not the near one.
If it stalls
If the attacker's hands go to the neck first, ask which leg is free and what it could be holding.
