TOP PLAYER (ATTACKER)
POSITION
Seated behind in full back control with the seatbelt and both hooks in.
OBJECTIVE
Keep the seatbelt and at least one hook in.
CONSTRAINTS
No submissions. The attacker plays for control only, never for the finish. Rebuild the seatbelt in 5 seconds. Lose it for longer and the defender scores. One hook lost keeps play alive. The attacker recovers it or compensates with body position. Reset when the attacker keeps the seatbelt and one hook for 60 seconds; when the defender clears both hooks and the seatbelt to guard, neutral, or top; or when the attacker loses the seatbelt for longer than 5 seconds. 5-6 min rounds.
WIN CONDITION
Keep the seatbelt and one hook for 60 seconds.
BOTTOM PLAYER (DEFENDER)
POSITION
Sitting upright, both hands on the choking arm's wrist.

Adjust
Easier
Start with the defender flat against the attacker's chest and extend the hold to 90 seconds.
Harder
Allow chokes for the attacker and cut the hold to 45 seconds.
If it stalls
If control dies inside 10 seconds every rep, match sizes closer or start from a body triangle.
