ATTACKING PLAYER

POSITION

On the mat with your partner, legs facing each other. You start with inside position.

OBJECTIVE

Keep your partner down while you keep inside position, then entangle and control the foot.

CONSTRAINTS

Any entanglement counts: foot and knee, feet outside, or feet inside. Do not finish; connecting the hands is the win. No turning the heel, and let go at once if your partner taps or yells. Change roles after each round.

WIN CONDITION

Entangle, capture the toes and heel, and connect your hands.

DEFENDING PLAYER

POSITION

On the mat, legs facing your partner, with their feet on the inside.

OBJECTIVE

Counter instead of escaping: steal inside position and entangle them.

CONSTRAINTS

You are not trying to stand up or run. Get both feet to the inside, then entangle. You do not need a toe capture or a hand connection. Tap early if the heel gets turned; your partner releases on the tap.

WIN CONDITION

Get both feet to the inside and complete your own entanglement.
