Problem

Inside an open triangle — bottom's leg over one shoulder, hips elevated, triangle not yet locked.

Tell the room

Free the trapped arm or flatten the hip angle before bottom locks both adjustments. Rotate to a perpendicular hip angle and isolate the inside arm across the body at the same time.

Setup

Inside an open triangle — bottom's leg over one shoulder, hips elevated, triangle not yet locked. Inside arm still inside the loop. Open triangle already on — chosen leg over the shoulder, hips elevated, inside arm captured in the loop.

Score

Rip the trapped arm free past the centreline to the outside, or drive posture upright enough that bottom cannot keep the hip angle. Perpendicular hip angle with the inside arm isolated across the body, held five consecutive seconds.

Rules

  1. Elevated tier.
  2. Reset to open triangle on any score.
  3. Default rounds 4:00.
  4. Must hold both the angle (about 45–90 degrees off-centre) and the arm isolation together.
  5. Same reset rules.
